What does FlagPace track?
Flagged hours (flat-rate / billed hours) and the pay those hours estimate from your rates. It is not a time clock, not efficiency, and not your shop’s DMS. Clock time never goes in.
Is this my paycheck?
No. Estimates are a personal tracker. Your shop’s payroll and DMS are the source of truth for what you are owed. If a rate or job is wrong, the number is wrong.
How do I log a job?
The + button on every screen. Date defaults to today, category and pay type remember the last ones you used, hours is focused. Description is required (even a short one). Aim for under 15 seconds. RO number is optional.
What does Privacy Mode do?
It hides dollar amounts as •••• so someone glancing at a shop tablet does not see pay. Hours stay visible. Toggle it in the header or Account. Optional: re-hide after inactivity (30 seconds to 5 minutes). It never auto-reveals.
What does Free include?
The last 14 days of jobs, hours, estimated pay, weekly pace, Quick Add, and Privacy Mode. Free is not a trial and does not expire.
